Website Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the website available at https://gentlemen-krakow.pl (the “Website”), operated by the owner of the Gentlemen Barber Shop Krakow salon.

§ 1. General Provisions

1. The owner of the Website and the Service Provider is:

2. The Gentlemen Barber Shop Krakow salon is located at ul. Józefa Dietla 80/82, 31-073 Kraków, Poland.
3. Using the Website is free of charge and does not require registration. Every User of the Website is obliged to read these Terms and Conditions.

§ 2. Nature of the Website

1. The Website is informational. It presents the salon’s offer, an indicative price list, the team of barbers, a gallery of work and contact details.
2. The Website does not sell goods or services online. No sales contracts are concluded and no payments are accepted through the Website.
3. Gift vouchers can be purchased in person at the salon only. The Website contains information about vouchers only.
4. Prices shown on the Website are indicative and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. The binding price list is available at the salon.

§ 3. Booking Appointments

1. Appointments at the salon can be booked:
   • through the external Booksy service (booksy.com), linked from the Website, or
   • by phone at +48 732 126 188.
2. Use of Booksy is governed by the terms and privacy policy of that service. The Service Provider is not the operator of Booksy.
3. Barber services are provided at the salon, where they are purchased and paid for.

§ 4. Rules of Use

1. The User is obliged to use the Website in a manner consistent with the law, good practice and these Terms and Conditions.
2. It is forbidden to provide unlawful content or to take actions that could disrupt the operation of the Website.
3. All content published on the Website (texts, photos, logos, graphic elements) is protected by copyright. Copying or using it without the Service Provider’s consent is prohibited.

§ 5. Liability

1. The Service Provider makes every effort to keep the information on the Website up to date and accurate, but does not guarantee that it is complete and current at all times.
2. The Service Provider is not liable for interruptions in the operation of the Website caused by technical reasons, nor for the operation of external services linked from the Website (including Booksy, Google and Meta).

§ 6. Complaints and Contact

1. Complaints regarding services performed at the salon may be submitted in person at the salon, by phone or by e-mail to: kontakt@gentlemen-krakow.pl.
2. A complaint should include the name, contact details, date of the visit and a description of the issue.
3. The Service Provider handles complaints within 14 calendar days of receipt.

§ 7. Personal Data

1. The controller of Users’ personal data is the Service Provider.
2. Detailed information on the processing of personal data and cookies can be found in the Privacy Policy.

§ 8. Final Provisions

1. Matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
2. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. The current version is always available on the Website.
3. These Terms and Conditions apply from 11 September 2026.
