Online Store Terms and Conditions
§ 1. General Provisions
- These Terms and Conditions define the rules and conditions for selling electronic and physical gift vouchers through the website (Online Store) available at https://gentlemen-krakow.pl/en/gift-voucher.
- The owner of the Online Store and the Seller is:

- Every Customer placing an order in the Online Store is required to read these Terms and Conditions and accept them during the order process.
§ 2. Orders and Fulfilment
- The subject of sale is Gift Vouchers (the "Vouchers") in electronic form (PDF file) or physical form (gift card), entitling the holder to use services at Gentlemen Barber Shop at Józefa Dietla 80/82, 31-073 Krakow, Poland.
- The Customer may purchase a value Voucher for a specified monetary amount or a Voucher for a specific service offered in the Online Store.
- An order is placed by completing the order form on the Online Store page, including selecting the type and value of the Voucher, delivery method, providing personal data and accepting these Terms and Conditions.
- The sales agreement is concluded when the Customer receives payment confirmation from the payment operator. Confirmation of the Voucher purchase is sent to the e-mail address provided by the Customer in the form.
- Each Voucher is valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
- Vouchers may be combined with other promotions and discounts applicable in the salon.
- If the value of the service is lower than the value of the amount Voucher, the remaining amount on the Voucher may be used during a subsequent visit. The difference is not refunded in cash.
- Vouchers (both PDF and physical) are bearer documents. If they are lost, stolen or destroyed, the Seller is not liable and duplicates are not issued.
§ 3. Payments and Prices
- All prices shown in the Online Store are gross prices (including VAT) and are expressed in Polish zloty (PLN).
- The sole payment operator is PayU S.A. with its registered office in Poznan, 60-166 Poznan, at ul. Grunwaldzka 186.
- The Customer makes payment through the PayU system, in accordance with that operator’s regulations.
§ 4. Delivery

Electronic Voucher (PDF):
A Voucher in PDF file form is sent automatically to the e-mail address provided by the Customer in the order form, immediately after the Seller receives payment confirmation from the PayU operator.

Physical Voucher (Gift Card):
A Voucher in physical card form is sent via InPost (parcel lockers) within 48 business hours after payment confirmation is received. Delivery time follows InPost’s regulations.
- The Seller is not liable for non-delivery of the Voucher or delivery delay caused by the Customer providing incorrect or incomplete address data (e-mail address, parcel locker code).
§ 5. Right of Withdrawal
- A Customer who is a consumer has the right to withdraw from a distance sales agreement without giving a reason within 14 days from the date the agreement was concluded.

Exception for the Electronic Voucher (digital content):
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the Customer in relation to contracts for the supply of digital content (PDF Voucher) not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance began with the Customer’s express consent before the withdrawal period expired and after the Seller informed the Customer of the loss of the right of withdrawal. By placing an order for a PDF Voucher, the Customer gives such consent.

Withdrawal from the agreement for a Physical Voucher:
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of the decision by an unequivocal statement (for example by e-mail to: kontakt@gentlemen-krakow.pl). The Customer may use the model withdrawal form attached to these Terms and Conditions.
The Customer must return the undamaged Physical Voucher to the Seller’s registered office address: WK KŁOSOWICZ SPÓŁKA Z O.O., ul. Mazowiecka 62, 35-324 Rzeszów, without delay, and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which the Customer informed the Seller of the withdrawal from the agreement.
The direct cost of returning the item is borne by the Customer. The Seller will refund the payment immediately after receiving and verifying the condition of the returned Voucher.

§ 6. Complaint Procedure
- The Seller is obliged to provide the Customer with a Voucher free from defects.
- Complaints may be submitted if defects in the Voucher are found, in particular such as:
- physical damage to the Voucher during transport,
- incorrect description of the service or value on the Voucher, inconsistent with the order.
- Complaints should be submitted electronically to the e-mail address: kontakt@gentlemen-krakow.pl, including the Customer’s full name, order number and a detailed description of the reason for the complaint.
- The Seller undertakes to review each complaint within 14 calendar days from the date it is received.
§ 7. Personal Data
- The Seller is the controller of Customers’ personal data.
- Personal data is processed to perform the sales agreement.
- Detailed information on personal data processing is available in the Privacy Policy.
§ 8. Final Provisions
- Matters not regulated by these Terms and Conditions are governed by Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Consumer Rights Act.
- The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms and Conditions. Amendments will not affect acquired rights of Customers who concluded an agreement before they were introduced.
- The Terms and Conditions enter into force on the date they are published on the Online Store website.
